Clinical Mental Health Care*

Mental health struggles are very common in our time and place in history and culture. As Salvia, we believe in human dignity first. Our board certified and licensed mental health providers will get to know you, your needs, and your cultural context to partner with you in building a long term care plan. We do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach, and while we are well versed in diagnostic criteria and language, we will care for you as a person first, not a diagnosis or problem to be “fixed”.
We currently offer the following types of clinical mental health care for residents of the state of Florida:
Individual Psychotherapy Sessions
Couples Counseling Sessions
(Includes marriage, pre-marital, engagement, and pre-engagement care)
EMDR
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Prolonged Exposure Therapy
Somatic Trauma Therapy

Soul Care and Non-clinical Support*
$25 - $100 per meeting
*Not state or country specific
We recognize that while many people need support and should care, not everyone needs to see a licensed clinician. Our Soul Care providers have extensive lived experience, ongoing education, and training in improving your quality of life if you are facing grief, life transitions, re-entry, divorce or separation, parenting struggles, infertility/pregnancy loss, family dysfunction or estrangement, and medical system advocacy. You and your Soul Care provider will work together to develop a care plan based on your unique needs.

Menstrual Cycle Coaching

Are you a woman and/or person with female endocrinology who is overwhelmed, confused, or struggling to understand what is happening in your body through menstrual cycle changes? Our resident Menstrual Cycle Coach, Lauren, offers Cycle Coaching to help you understand your hormones and learn how to respond to your body’s needs with care rather than silence, shame, punishment, or neglect. What is Menstrual Cycle Coaching?
Cycle Coaching is a practice that helps individuals understand and work with their menstrual cycles to optimize their health, performance, and well-being. Coaches provide guidance on how hormonal changes throughout the cycle can affect physical, emotional, and mental states, allowing clients to align their activities and self-care with their body's natural rhythms.

We fully believe that everyone deserves equitable access to care and support. We accept several forms of payment for care sessions including all major credit cards, Venmo, and HSA. We also offer ethical bartering for services upon request and with mutual consent. In addition, we are proud to partner with several organizations that raise money to help people pay for care.
